Shipping Policy
We ship domestically to the United States only. Orders ship from Brooklyn, NY and are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days by USPS.
Tracking information will be emailed to the address you entered at checkout once your order ships. Tracking for domestic shipments may take up to 48 hours to show up online.
Packages are shipped by the shipping method selected at checkout.
Carrier shipping delays can occur due to factors outside of our control. Please contact the shipping carrier if your package encounters delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays.
We do not ship internationally or to US Territories.
We offer USPS Ground Advantage shipping, which takes 2-5 business days once shipped.

Order Processing
Once orders are placed, you cannot edit or cancel the order. We cannot change the shipping address, or add or remove items. Orders ship within 1-3 business days of placing an order.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Certain items, such as final sale products and personalized goods, are not eligible for return. Please check the product description for any exceptions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes:
- Paying for the return shipping label
- Insuring the return package for the full value of the item(s) to protect against loss or damage during transit
We are not responsible for any return shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your return package is not insured and becomes lost or damaged, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at store@nysignmuseum.org with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at [your email/contact form link] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange. We will confirm availability and provide return instructions. Exchanges are typically processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement. You will receive a confirmation and tracking number once the exchange has been sent.
